We are looking for a Professional Services Strategy Consultant to join our newly established Professional Services team. The role is based in our offices in London, UK.
This person will be working with enterprise clients to define audience, goals and screen content strategy. This is a pivotal role which will really drive forward new insights and strategy for ScreenCloud and its clients. You will be working with our clients to help determine long-term goals with screen content at the heart. Through this you will work with the wider Professional Services team to help to identify business opportunities and potential growth areas.

Key Areas of Responsibility:
Working with enterprise clients to define audience, goals and screen content strategy
Building up expertise on best practice for communications using screens
Presenting findings in person, video conference or recorded video
Collaborating with marketing team to publish innovative and thought provoking content to our wider audience
Helping customers determine ROI from their screens from surveys, analytics etc.
Understanding the wider goals of our clients business and coming up with ideas on how we can automate and progress them towards those objectives using screen content
Anticipate and identify client issues and concerns and propose advice, as appropriate
Identify and communicate opportunities to the project team to expand services to existing clients.
Ideate new, never-been-done-before big ideas for advertisers
Develop extensive category knowledge
Key experience we’re looking for:
Experience with strategic planning, business analysis, process improvement, or performance management
As we look to expand our European reach, the ideal candidate would have deep knowledge of languages and cultures (outside of English/British)
Experience working in SaaS environment
Ability to work well under pressure
Ability to work as a team member
A mindset that is unwilling to accept the obvious and a passion to dig into data and insight to really unearth what is not being seen/heard
Degree educated in a relevant subject area
